With the rapid development of the world economy,the demand of petroleum of each countries also continuously increased,although the price of international oil continuously go low in later one year,but problems of oil supply contradiction and effective using of water.are very serious as before,corresponding solve scheme should be find urgently.Meanwhile,as the oilfield entered high water cut stage, output quantity of oily sewage also increased monotonically,reservoir would be polluted if produced liquid reinjectied direct ly,irreversible damage would be made on formation.Recently,tertiary oil recovery has develop overall in Daqing oilfield, including water flooding,polymer flooding and ASP flooding,special driving modes has been used for oil displacement based on different characteristics of reservoir.Effect of field experiment show that enhanced oil recovery by ASP is the best,but water quality characteristics and treatment difficulty of ternary sewage is more complex than water flooding and polymer flooding.Oil content and suspended solid content of ASP flooding produced sewage cannot reached the rejection standard easily and damage formation badly with recovery reduced and injection pressure increased at the same time.Aiming at the processing technology of ternary sewage,taking ternary sewage of Xinba joint station as the research object and comparative analysis with advanced treated sewage of Xinwu joint station.Technology of suppressed by oxygen exposure and filtration are used to investigate the influence of aerobic quantity and mixture on dissolved oxygen content and oil content and so on of ternary sewage.Similution expriment of visualizational fitration for ternary sewage,influence of filtration rate and filter material grade ratio and mixed proportation on oil content and suspended solid content is investigated,limit of the best filtration rate is 10-12m/h and gradation one is most reasonable and the best proportation of mixed is 70 percent. Oil displacement experiment of polymer solution diluted by advanced treated sewage and the best mixed proportation sewage,evaluation of oil displacement efficiency of polymer diluted by two different kind sewage,efficiency of the latter is 2.79 percent higher than the former.The research have inportant significance for sustainable development of oil field and theory and technology support for effective utilization of ternary sewage and decreased disposal difficulty of ternary sewage is provided.
