With the passing time of operation,the current used sewage treatment process in Jilin Oilfield cannot meet the re-injection standard that is required after filtration,which results in some chemical components are left in the filter materials.Such circumstances not only lowers the performance of the filter material but also pollutes the filter material.It has huge potential environmental hazards.In order to solve this problem,in this paper,it investigates and researches on the oily sewage treatment process in the oil and gas combined station of Xinmu Oil Production Plant in Jilin Oilfield in order to find out the problems existed in the sewage treatment system in the combined station and provide reasonable solutions.Furthermore,it carries out in-depth research on problems of the failure of filter materials and the bad effect of backwashing.In this paper,firstly,it adopts the experimental method to carry out the comparison experiments on lipophilic and hydrophilic characteristics of the newly purchased filter materials and contaminant filter materials in the laboratory and on the scene,surface attachment composition test of the failed filter material,the filter performance of the filter material after backwashing and research experiment on indoor cleaning filter materials in order to analyze and understand the effect situation of changes in lipophilic and hydrophilic characteristics on filtration performance,and figure out the component of filter surface pollutants,and finally to find the cleaning materials and methods for filter materials;secondly,by using the experimental method to find out the influence of backwashing time and temperature on backwashing effect to optimize the backwashing parameters in Xinmu Station;at last,it summarizes the experience of the above-mentioned experiments,develops the treatment process of on-site filter cleaning,and based on the on-site cleaning effect to compare it with the new filter materials from two aspects of indoor and on-site test by using the method of data comparison,evaluate the re-use ability of the filter material after cleaning and form the creative and practical technical achievements.The result of the research in this paper shows that the surface of the modified walnut shell filter material and the quartz sand filter material are hydrophilic.Because the filter materials are covered by a large amount of oily substances and impurities,it has changed the lipophilic and hydrophilic ratio of the filter material,which results in lowering the filter performance;while backwashing the filter material,the higher the temperature is,the longer the time is,the better the effect will be;based on the actual recommended parameters in theXinmu Station,the water temperature is better controlled at 60 degrees and 15 minutes of washing time;by using the filter regeneration technology mentioned in this paper,the filter performance of the cleaned filter material is just slightly weaker than that of the new filter material,while the speed of being contaminated is almost the same.The water quality filtered by the new filter material still needs further treatment,for which it is necessary to update the current processes in the Xinmu oil production plant to increase the sedimentation time and add impurity removal equipment.
