Research On The Filtration Treatment Technology Of Sewage That Contains Polymers

The polymer sewage in the oil field is the sewage that has produced by applying the TOR technique.Compared with the routine oily waste water,the viscosity of polymer sewage is lager,the absorbability is stronger,thus,the amount of mud and sand is also lager,and separation is more difficult.This paper firstly analyses the microscopic mechanism and influential factors of sewage filtering,and establishes the pilot plant used in lab simulation,the experiments on the influences of the filter material and the filter velocity on the filter effects in different polymer concentrations have been done.It can be concluded from the results that with the height of iron sand in the filter material increasing,the content of the oil and suspended matter is decreasing.The height of iron sand in the filter material can have great impact on the total removal effect of the oil and suspended matter.However,the height is not too high to be right.The gradation of different filter material has no effect to the viscosity,but the viscosity of the waste water that have been filtered will increase with the increasing concentration of the polymer.In order to ensure the removal efficiency of the oil and suspended matter,the proper velocity of the filter for the polymer waste water is 10-12m/h.With the content of the polymer in the waste water increasing,the velocity of the filter is decreasing.If the concentration of the polymer in the waste water is higher than 400mg/L,it cannot reach the standard for the content of the oil and suspended though the velocity of the filter is very low.In terms of the same level of density of polymer,the variation of exit-hole viscosity of first-filtration and second-filtration is not evident,as the speed of filtration is changing.The viscosity of sewage which contains polymer is climbing with the increasing of the density of polymer.
