Sabei oilfield has been carried out ASP foolding stage on a full-scale to enhance oil recovery observably.But with the oil recovery improved,the massive ASP produced swage has been producing.Through field application,it is found that the treated difficulty of polymer flooding produced swage is more difficult than water flooding in which ASP flooding produced swage is the most difficult.However,the massive alkali,surfactant and polymer in the produced swage of ASP flooding,that made the ASP flooding produced swage system containing different chemical agents become more complex.The produced fluid viscosity and emulsification is increased.The emergence of these phenomenons and problems make sewage treatment becomes very difficult.At the same time,because of the diffusion of polymer in the formation of other area which in produced process,it also caused by the surrounding water flooding formation polymer responsed,so that the water flooding produced fluid's polymer concentration is more and more high.The oilfield is urgently needed to deal with the sewage to avoid polluting the environment.At the same time,it has been making the qualified treated swage to reinjected.Therefore,to solve these problems through the indoor sedimentation experiment,understand the factors that the different effects of treating oily swage throng adding different concentration solvent.By establishing the indoor visualization of the two-stage filter plant,the simulation of ASP flooding sewage and polymer flooding sewage mixed experiment,and optimization of the treatment technology of mixed wastewater.Study on viscosity stability of three kinds of polymer solution dilute by sewage through three different configured sewage of dilute polymer solution;The effect of polymer solution displacement in which dilute by mixed sewage was evaluated and analyzed by using three layers of heterogeneous rectangular cores.The experimental results show that the sewage water quality,the settling time,the temperature and the concentration of the agent have an effect on the settlement of ternary sewage;By measuring the content of oil and suspended matter in sewage,the final ternary sewage with polymer flooding sewage the best blending ratio of 1:3,the best mixing settling time limit is 8h.Through simulating mixing filterion process of water flooding and polymer flooding sewage by filter plant of visualization,study the effects of different level of filter media gradation,filtration rate and mixing ratio make oil content and suspended matter of filtered sewage be different,ensure that optimal limit range of filtration rate is 6m/h-8m/h and the best level of filter media gradation is three,under such conditions of filtration,both water flooding and mixing filterion polymer of flooding can make sewage achieve water quality requirements which the oil is less than or equal to 20mg/L and suspension of less than 20mg/L.Through the viscosity stability of polymer solution diluted by distilled water,polymer flooding sewage and mixed sewage.It was found that the viscosity stability of polymer solution dilute by mixed sewage and polymer flooding was different with distilled water but there is little difference in the viscosity stability of two kinds of polymer solutions dilute by swage.Through the comparison oil displacement effect of polymer solution diluted with polymer flooding sewage and mixed sewage.Polymer flooding enhanced oil recovery compared with mixed wastewater is more than 1.34%.it is only have little difference.It is feasibility that mixed-treated APS sewage and polymer flooding to recycle utilize.
