Empirical Research On The Integration And Sharing Of Regional Innovation Resources

The innovation resources which are supporting the whole society have increasingly become the importat national strategic resources and show the strategic position in national competition.Strengthening the sharing of innovation and efficient allocation of resources is the implementation of innovation-driven strategy and improve the ability of body of innovation,then forming a benign task of regional innovation system.Jiangsu has a advantage of strong science,technology, education and information resources.The integration and sharing of innovation resources is the request of the ages. And it is an important task that implementing the strategy of innovation driven and improving the ability of the main innovation body to forming a benign system of regional innovation by strengthening the integration and sharing of innovation resources and efficient allocation of innovation resources. Jiangsu has the ability to go ahead over the country about innovation and promotes the construction of regional innovation system. And then Jiangsu achieve strategic task of the regional innovation system. Achieveing the allocation of innovation resources and open sharing is the fundamental need of regional economic development and the need of walking the forefront of regional innovation system construction of Jiangsu fundamental need of economic development.The article analysis the subject, mode and mechanism based on the theory of innovation resources. The paper takes Jiangsu for an example and analyzes the present situation of intergation and sharing of innovation resources in Jiangsu. The paper studies the evalution index system of integration and sharing of innovation resources and measures the Malmquist index and its decomposition of the sharing of resources of13cities in jiangsu. Then the paper the influence factors of the efficency of the integaration and sharing of Jiangsu. Tt is to obtain reference value experience of promoting the integration and sharing of innovation resources.At last, based on the above theory, the present situation and the empirical research, the paper puts forwards some suggestions to promote the development of the integration and sharing of innovation resources of Jiangsu.
