The Construction And Application Of Phosphorus Resource Development And Utilization Model In China

As an essential element in national agricultural and industrial development, phosphorus resource is not only to produce a comprehensive and far-reaching impact of economic and social sustainable development but also a very unique strategic resource. The scarcity of phosphorus can not be replaced now,which is particularly prominent in the agricultural.Facing the current worldwide economic crisis, there are many unprecedented opportunities and challenges in China. Studying comprehensive evaluation model of phosphorus resource has a profound political and economic significance to fully realize the importance,scarcity and non-renewable nature of phosphorus resources,to develop and utilize rationally, to improve production efficiency relying on scientific and technological innovation, and to take measures which implement protected exploitation,and stop the blind over-exploitation and indiscriminate digging.On the ground of summarizing and drawing on previous research results, based on the national and regional perspective , this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation model including phosphorus resource supply capacity, production efficiency and environmental impact,and discussed the social benefits (needs) assessment model , the productivity model and the environmental assessment of single-factor model of phosphorus resources from three different aspects respectively. This paper made empirical research and application on supply capacity,productivity and environmental impact which are the most important elements to promote the sustainable use of resources. With the data of China's phosphorus resources development and regional industrial development,the article also discussed government resources to promote sustainable utilization of phosphorus. Focused on the evaluation of economy,society,technology and environmental benefits in resources development and utilization,this essay tried to seek and adjust the resources strategy which can meet the goal of sustainable development .between. economical society and resources.
