TJY Construction Corp. is a renowned construction and installation enterprise in North China. Its business covers projects all over manufacture and civil construction industry. In2009, It was rewarded the level1certificate of general construction contractor and the level1certificate of steel-work professional contractor. With the development of the enterprise, the number of construction projects, the size of single project and the complexity of the projects are all increasing substantially. The geography distances of the projects get farther, too. Thus the powerless problem of project control by the company arises gradually. Some projects even have the problems of so called "too strict to lifeless, too authorized to mess and too far to blind". In order to strengthen the project control by the company, and promote the healthy development of the company, we need to do research about how to build a project control system for the company.The thesis takes project control experience and lessons from the examples of construction and installation enterprises in abroad. It puts forward the principles of people-oriented, law-based, high morality and resource sharing on the basis of project management theory, project control theory, project system theory and target management theory. It also suggests controlling the operation of projects by the aspects of perfecting the organization, standarding the operation, balancing the information, measuring in standard way, focusing on the returned money, evaluating the achievements, ensuring the rewards and punishments and summarizing for analysis.With the gradual ensure implementation of the former measurements, the company can change effectively the situations of fragmented and territorial, thus enhancing the control power of different projects and setting up the principle of company integrality. The efficient operation of projects not only supports strongly of the company development strategy and leads the promotion of project management level, but also exploits a wider space for project operation and forms a benign interaction between the macroscopic planning of company strategy and micro-management of project tactics. Therefore, the company can get substantial, healthy and stable development.
