TJY Construction Corp. is a renowned construction and installation enterprise in North China. Its business covers projects all over manufacture and civil construction industry. In2009, It was rewarded the level1certificate of general construction contractor and the level1certificate of steel-work professional contractor. With the development of the enterprise, the number of construction projects, the size of single project and the complexity of the projects are all increasing substantially. The geography distances of the projects get farther, too. Thus the powerless problem of project control by the company arises gradually. Some projects even have the problems of so called "too strict to lifeless, too authorized to mess and too far to blind".
