Mankind has created the human society and are promoting the development of social progress. Nevertheless, in the course of social development and progress, there always were obstacles and setbacks. Along with the development of the productive forces and the abundance of people’s material life, to better achieve the synchronous development of people and society while pursuing material wealth has become a focus in modern society. As a developing socialistic country, China is shouldering the missions of the free development of human beings. At the same time, we have huge advantages for addressing these issues."People-oriented" policy is the improvement and innovation of the theories of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics on the basis of social realities by the Party and the Government. As the basic principle and guiding ideology of socialist construction, the policy is with guiding significance for development of all trades in society. However, in recent years, some problems not to be ignored emerged in the process of realizing "people-oriented" policy in Chinese enterprise’ organizations. Allthe major social events, represented by the Foxconn suicides and Sanlu poor quality milk powder incident, have seriously prejudiced the interests of the State and the people, and are against the construction of a harmonious society. Facing to the contrast between ideological connotation and reality, we need to introspect the problems in the implementation of "people-oriented" policy in Chinese enterprise organizations.We explained comprehensively analyzed the relevant research literatures at home and abroad, defined the important concepts involved, and put forward research methods, writing ideas in prechapter. Then, displaying " people oriented " conception’s meaning on analyzed it’s theory’s background in the system of socialist theory with Chinese Characteristics in the first chapter. Propsal it’s appear and significate under the perspective of enterprise organization. Revealing the contemporary " people-oriented management theory connotation. And it’s important role in " people-oriented come true of enterprise organization. The secondly chapter embarks from the present contradictions which existed in " people-oriented " in enterprise organizations. Summarized it’s internal and external contradictions. Analyzed it’s causes. Bring up the main causes of the contradiction come from the oppsite contraction between people and benefit,even person in or out of the enterprise organization. It’s also shows that the contradictions can be solved." People-oriented " theory according to the time and enterprise organization’s lasting development in the same level. Finally, we attempte to make some ideas and suggestions on the "people-oriented" policy aiming at the problems and contradictions that raised in the process of "people-oriented" for Chinese enterprise organizations.
