Human resource is one of the most important resources of an enterprise, and animportant component of EPR system as well. However most of the Human ResourceManagement system in the past runs only in separated models. This paper is to develop aHuman Resource Management system which could be integrated to ERP. Thus all resourcesof an enterprise including human resource could be combined together which improves themanagement level of an enterprise in the round.This paper studies and explores the functions of Human Resource Management systemaccording to the characteristics of medium and small-sized enterprises. It adopts the moduledesign idea to set up functional model of Human Resource Management system and dividesthe system into nine modules including position management, Human Resource planning,employment management, training management, contract of labour management, personnelmanagement, Performance Management, Time Management, Compensation and BenefitManagement. It also analyzes the main functions and correlative algorithm of each moduleand designs the business process.This paper studies three-tier distributed architecture. It adopts DCOM technology anddistributed disposing technology of Delphi to set up technical model of Human ResourceManagement system. It adopts the E-R method to set up E-R model and design Database ofHuman Resource Management system and designs the server and client of Human ResourceManagement system. It also uses DataSnap Groupware solving load balance and faulttolerant.By studying Object-Oriented technology and analyzing the inherited mode in thesurround of Delphi, the model form is designed and the form inherited relationship of the Human Resource Management system is established. It also studies and develops the visualprocess interface of Human Resource Management by using visual technology. Systemsecurity is improved by using stored procedure.The system, which adopts Delphi 7.0 as developing tool and SQL Server2000 asbackground database, realizes the Human Resource management system based on processoriented. The system is debugged in laboratory and runs well.
