HDCP Chip Key Injection Study And Design Of The System

With increasingly fierce competition in the chip market, depending on the continuous development of chip manufacturing technology, the manufacturers try to enhance their price advantage by continuously improving productivity and reducing manufacturing costs, so it is needed to update and optimize the chip production process. In this paper, according to the feathers of HDCP chip production, a key injection system is proposed in the chip data initialization phase in final test, this system gives integrated and innovative aspects to the production process.This HDCP chip key injection system is based on the High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection technology and socket-based network communication techniques. On this basis, the object-oriented Unified Modeling Language is used to analyze and design the main modules of the system, reducing the development risk and improving the development efficiency. A multi-level C/S network structure is adopted, making the system having a good security, stability and scalability. Based on SmarTest final test hardware platform, the system realizes the process of OTP data injection. On the basis of requirements analysis and modeling, referring to some excellent design patterns, the C/C++programming language is used to realize the main modules. And the entire system has been integrated to verify the effectiveness of the system.The implementation of this system has solved the problem that in the HDCP chip manufacturing, key transport and key injection are not uniform and each belongs to a different process. This system reduces the time consuming of data initialization, improves the production efficiency, and also it enhances the security of the transmission of keys and strengthens the management of chips’sensitive data for the manufacturers.
