This project aims at developing a Stream Media Platform using the Red5server. This platform provides service to play the video and share the materials. It also needs to provide the protection to the digital resources. On the basis of the function realize, building the cluster of the servers. And add the Proxy Cache mechanism to the cluster. This paper also gives the optimization of the platform and makes it can service more users and guarantee the quality of service.In the end of the paper, conclude the work and analyze the problem exists in the platform.
