Under the background of global educational informatization,the deep integration of information technology and education is an inevitable choice to adapt to the development of the information age.Flipped classroom is an innovative teaching model that can improve the quality of teaching and promote the fairness of education by means of information technology.In the teaching reform movement of flipped classroom that has arisen around the world,China has also carried out localization attempts based on its own conditions and actively carried out the teaching practice of flipped classroom.With the popularization and diversification of mobile internet technologies and smart mobile terminals,the development trend of online teaching platforms from traditional PCs to mobile networks is obvious.Mobile teaching platforms have been gradually applied in college teaching.Besides,in recent years,China's colleges and universities have made great progress in the development and construction of various types of online teaching resources,supporting some colleges and universities in terms of platforms and resources to use mobile teaching platforms to carry out flipped classroom teaching.In this paper,in order to optimize indicators,I have taken mobile teaching platforms in support of flipped classrooms as the research object,the optimization of college flipped classroom teaching as the core,constructive learning theory,mobile learning theory as well as interactive teaching theory as the theoretical basis and the EduTools assessment system as the basis and employed ways such as the deletion,supplementation and modification of indicators,with principles consisting of the adaptation to flipped classroom's characteristics,the integration of latest learning and teaching theories,and the emphasis on user experience and teaching feasibility.According to the optimized indicator system,I've not only investigated and surveyed six mobile teaching platforms which are now most frequently-used in college flipped classrooms but also compared and analyzed the application situation of mobile teaching platform in flipped classroom teaching in all all-round way.Based on the investigation and analysis,I've proposed development strategies from micro,meso and macro perspectives: defining basic ideas of platform construction,improving the functional structure of platform construction and emphasizing the detailed design of platform construction.By proposing reasonable suggestions for the construction and development of mobile teaching platforms in support of flipped classrooms,my goal is to foster college flipped classroom teaching and to solve realistic problems in the development of flipped classrooms.
