| Objective:By observing the sanren decoction to syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine affected of contents of rat serum Interleukin-2ã€6, Nitrogen monoxide. Preliminary reveals sanren decoction to mechanism of syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine.Methods:Dividing fifty SD rats into five groups at random:The normal control group, the model control group, the small dose groups of sanren decoction, the middle dose group of sanren decoction, the big dose group of sanren decoction, each of ten rats. The rest groups all used fodders rich of sugar and fat circumstance of hight wet and temperature,escherichia coli into stomach,syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine animal model wer e builded with a comprehensive method except the normal group. Adopt radioimmunoassay detected content of blood serum of rat interleukin-2ã€6.Adopt nitrate reductase method detected content of blood serum of rat nitrogen monoxide.Results:Compared with the normal group, model rat serum interleukin-2ã€6content significantly increased(P<0.01), nitrogen monoxide content significantly reduced (P<0.01).The small, middle and big dose group of sanren decoction dose treated, model group rat of various symptoms improved significantly.Sanren decoction of each treatment group are can make the model group rat serum interleukin-2,6content reduced and nitrogen monoxide content increased. However, the best effect of middle dose treatment groups, compared with the normal group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sanren decoction can obviously improved rat the Signs and symptoms, interleukin-2ã€6content of increased to dropped to normal and nitrogen monoxide content of reduced to rised to normal. The small, middle and big dose group of sanren decoction among dose-effect relationship. Suggesting that its therapeutic effected mechanism may be by adjusting blood serum of rat interleukin-2ã€6,and nitrogen monoxide of content. |
