Therapeutic Effect Observation Of Sanren Decoction On Dampness And Heat Type Of Cancerous Fever

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Sanren Decoction on cancerous fever of damp-heat syndrome by using a clinical randomized controlled trial,and to provide an objective basis for its clinical application.Method: Selected outpatients and inpatients who met the inclusion criteria at the Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Fujian Province from April 2020 to February 2021,were randomly assigned to the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,the western medicine group,the traditional Chinese medicine group,and the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group : Give Sanren Decoction,one dose a day,2 times a day,250 ml each time,warm for half an hour after breakfast and dinner.During the treatment,when the patient’s body temperature is greater than 38.5℃,diclofenac sodium suppository 50 mg is used to plug the anus;Western medicine group: when the patient When the body temperature is higher than 38.5℃,diclofenac sodium suppository 50 mg should be given to the anus to relieve heat treatment;the traditional Chinese medicine group: Sanren decoction,one dose a day,two times a day,250 ml each time,half an hour after breakfast and dinner.The treatment course of the three groups was 7 days.Since the first day of treatment,the daily body temperature of the subjects was recorded.At the same time,the KPS score,syndrome scores,laboratory indicators,etc.before and after the treatment were recorded,and a database was established to statistically analyze the differences between the three groups before and after treatment,and objectively analyze the treatment of Sanren Decoction Curative effect of cancerous fever with damp-heat syndrome.Results: The project finally completed the experiment and included 118 outpatient and inpatient patients,including 39 cases in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,42 cases in the western medicine group,and 37 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group.During the experiment,there were no adverse reactions in the three groups.1.Baseline analysis: The three groups of patients are well balanced in terms of gender,age,type of disease and fever degree(P>0.05),and are comparable.2.Intra-group comparison: The intra-group comparison results of the three groups before and after treatment showed that the differences in body temperature,syndromes,and KPS scores before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison between groups:(1)The results of antipyretic effect among the three groups showed that in the Sanren Decoction combined with diclofenac sodium suppository group,14 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 82.05%;diclofenac sodium suppository In the group,9 cases were cured,1 case was markedly effective,13 cases were effective,19 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 54.76%.In the Sanren Decoction group,14 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was78.38%..The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the efficacy of the three groups is different,and the efficacy of the Sanren Decoction group and the combination group are similar,and both are better than the Western medicine group alone.(2)The results of the efficacy of TCM syndromes among the three groups showed that after the three groups of treatment,the total number of effective cases of TCM syndrome integral efficacy was 32 cases,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 86.49%;the total number of effective cases in the western medicine group was 15 cases.The total effective rate was 35.71%;the total effective number of cases in the Chinese medicine group was 29,and the total effective rate was 78.38%.There were statistically significant differences in the efficacy of syndromes between the three groups after treatment.The total effective rate of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group,suggesting that the use of traditional Chinese medicine has a better effect in improving the damp-heat syndrome of patients.Conclusion: 1.Sanren Decoction has a definite curative effect in the treatment of damp-heat cancerous fever,which can significantly reduce the peak of fever in patients,and the time to reduce fever is faster and the temperature is longer lasting.2.Sanren Decoction can improve KPS and TCM syndrome scores,and has advantages in improving the quality of life of patients.3.Sanren Decoction is safe and reliable to treat cancerous fever.
