Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Alopecia Areata (Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type)with Sengfa-Drink

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ShengFa drink for the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of alopecia areata.Research methods:1.the object of study:The selected time between2013January and2014January, from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Department of dermatology clinic70patients with type of deficiency of liver and kidney in patients with alopecia areata cases of standard as the object of study.2.research methods:70patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group35cases, oral Shengfa drink;control group35cases,oral JingWu capsule, two groups were4weeks as1course of treatment.Each of the front into the group,6weeks group,12weeks after the group,to record the patient signs and symptoms improved, score and the incidence of adverse reactions, were statistically.Results:The clinical efficiency of the treatment group is94.12%, the clinical total effective rate of the control group is73.53%, The two groups had difference (P<0.05),show the efficacy of the treatment group is better than control group. At the end of the treatment, the treatment group lesion scores were2.56±1.65,control group was4.62±2.39, The two groups had difference (P<0.05),explain the treatment group in the treatment of patients with alopecia areata lesion area,number,new hair density, hair color,thickness and hair regeneration side effects than the control group.Conclusion:1. ShengFa drink can effectively improve the skin lesions before and after treatment in patients with liver and kidney deficiency type of alopecia areata integral.2. ShengFa drink is a safe and effective prescription treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of alopecia areata.
