Objective:(1) Futher improvement of sick sinus syndrome rat model,draft a simple,acurrate and low damage model,simp lified the experimental oper-ation,enhance the success rate of the model.(2) Investigate the effect of model of heart rate o f asarum on sick sinus syndrome.(3)To probe the mechanism of asarum in SSS,analyze the mechanism of effect of asarum on HR in SSS.Methods:(1)ECG filtering on a group of healthy rats,sel ect40rats whose HR are350-450/minute. After ether anesthe sia,then make a small cut about lmm on the dermato logical in the second intercostal of the right border of sternal,and t hread a needle of purse string suture around the incision in advance. Handle the self-made mapping electrode catheter via the second intercostal inserted close to the right sternal bo rder,according to the ECG waveform to locate the site of ad ministration,establishing model using microinj ector slow injec tion of sodium hydroxide with local infiltration through the self-made mapping electrode catheter.Finally,do the purse stri ng suture.(2)Picking out32successful model from40rat mo dels of SSS,and then were radomly divided into four groups: low dose group of asarum,moderate dose group of asarum,hig h dose group of asarum,the physiological saline group. Meas uring HR before administration, after the start of the test for3days,1weeks,2weeks,3weeks,then to contrast the curativ e effect of each group.Results:(1)Changes of pathophysio logy in rat models whi ch are developed by sodium hydroxide intervention methods are in line with the standard of SSS,and shorten the modeli ng time and reduce the injury.(2)The improvement of HR in each dosage group are as follows:high dose group of asarum>moderate dose group of asarum>low dose group of asarum>t he physiological saline group.Conclusions:(1)The improved molding methods of rats of SSS model simplify the previous methods of sodium hydrox ide intervention,reduce the damage,and improve the success r ate of model establishment.(2)Asarum have a certain function on improvement of HR of SSS model rats.
