Objective:(1) The establishment of a new type of simple accurate method of modeling in rats with sick sinus both reduce cost and improve the accuracy of experimental study.(2) Comparison of formaldehyde, sodium hydroxide, acetic acid, ethanol, javanica oil which is more suitable for the establishment of sick sinus model;(3) Heart rate before and after the modeling study (HR), sinus node recovery time (SNRT), corrected sinus node recovery time (CSNRT), sinoatrial conduction time (SACT) and other electrophysiological parameters.Methods:(1)Healthy rats were randomly divided into six groups; Formaldehyde wet dressing chest anesthetized rats, the median sternotomy cut the second and third ribs, exposed sinus node, diameter 3mm cotton ball soaked with 40% formaldehyde wet compress 3 to 5 minutes of sinus node area modeling; The other intervention groups were anesthetized with a self-made catheter right edge of the second intercostal space in the sternum piercing vertical Department, in accordance with the leads of the ECG waveform to determine the site administration,40% formaldehyde solution made with a micro-syringe Mapping Catheter by local infiltration modeling. (2) Experiments were measured before the experiment began 5min, lOmin, 30min,60min before the experiment, HR and the test began after 3 days,1 week,2 weeks SNRT, CSNRT, SACT, modeling results of different groups.Results:(1)Formaldehyde and formaldehyde in the intervention group thoracotomy group can cause sick sinus model, heart rate decreased more than 30%, about 1 week duration, but respiratory mortality was high; Sodium hydroxide in the intervention group can cause sick sinus model, heart rate decreased more than 30%, duration of 2 weeks; acid in the intervention group, alcohol intervention, javanica oil in the intervention group did not result in sick sinus model.(2)Thoracotomy group formaldehyde, formaldehyde in the intervention group, sodium hydroxide in the intervention group before and after experiment SNRT, CSNRT, SACT and there was significant change (p<0.05); Acetic acid in the intervention group, alcohol intervention, javanica oil in the intervention group before and after experiment SNRT, CSNRT, SACT was no significant change (p> 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Optimization modeling innovation of traditional modeling methods to improve the success rate modeling; (2) reagents sodium hydroxide five modeling the best model of rat sinus disease. (3) Electrophysiological measurement standards consistent with sick sinus modeling.
