Objective:This paper’s purpose is to study the empirical prescription which was said "Yuyinzhibengtang"of the professor named bailingHan.This prescription main to cure the blooding menstruation disease of liver-kidney Yin deficiency type.We may do the research on the basis of the influence of this prescription about the patient’s clinical symptoms integral,basal body temperature(BBT) and gonadal hormone.The influence of such indicators to evaluate the clinical curative effect.By clarifying the mechanism of action and medication characteristic of Yuyinzhibengtang,the goal is to provide theoretical gist for its popularization and application.Methods:I had intended to choose72patients of blooding menstruation disease about liver-kidney Yin deficiencytype between12-55years old,By using Yuyinzhibengtang’s treat patients3months later is to observe Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) symptom integral,menstrual cycle mechanism period,the volume and basal body temperature and gonadal hormone (LH, E2, P) whose index changes before and after treatment.ResuIts:The study has proved that patient’s age and curative effect of the relationship is no statistical significance because of P>0.05.The total clinical evaluations of70patients after3months treatment are as follows:13cases were cured;30cases were markedly effective;18were effective,total effective rate highly reach87.2%.Observation of monophasic BBT type of42patients,BBT change obviously before and after the treatment.The BBT changed from monophasic to atypical bipolar are about11cases,accounting for26.2%;bipolar BBT take26cases after treatment,reaching about the perceng of61.9.This fact fully shows that Yuyinzhibengtang has a great effect on the improvement of the BBT’s effect on endocrine hormone.Respectively observe the LH rising in42cases of70patients,48patients with E2low-value,39patients with low P,it is concluded that after treatment of ovulation period,LH numerical values dropped significantly,P values have increased;Follicular phase E2values increased.These results affirm that Yuyinzhibengtang can improve the effect on the level of LH,E2,P in serum.The TCM clinical symptom scores significantly have got down after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yuyinzhibengtang has great effect on hemostasis. Any age of the women who own the blooding menstruation disease of liver-kidney Yin deficiency type can apply this treatment; TCM clinical symptoms improved significantly, the prescription may implement mechanism by improving the levels of serum LH, E2and P and the adjustment of BBT...
