| Objective:To observe the changes of clinical symptoms,signs and gonadal hormones in 33 patients with PCOS-HA with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation before and after treatment with Yishen Tiaogan Dec oction.To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Tiaogan Decoction on PC OS-HAand analyze its mechanism of action.In order to provide an effect ive and reliable method for the treatment of this disease.Method:From January 2017 to June 2018,it was admitted to the L ongjiang Han’s gynaecological specialty clinic of the First Affiliated Ho spital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.33 pa tients with PCOS-HA met the inclusion criteria.Result:1.Two patients were detached during treatment,and 31 cases were met in accordance with the standard.Among them,2 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.10%.2.After treatment with Yishen Tiaogan Decoction,the patient’s acne score and TCM symptom scores decreased significantly.Statistically sign ificant(P<0.01),there was no statistical difference in hairy scores(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the patient’s hormonal indexes T,AND,DHEAS,LH,LH/FS decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically s ignificant(P<0.01).There was no significant change in FSH and SHBG before and after tre atment(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference.Conclusion:1.The total effective rate of Yishen Tiaogan Decoction in the treat ment of PCOS-HA with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation was 87.10%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 93.55%.2.Yishen Tiaogan Decoction for the treatment of kidney-deficiency and liver-stagnation PCOS-HA can effectively reduce androgen levels,im prove the symptoms of acne,and alleviate the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.3.Treatment of PCOS with Yishen Tiaogan Decoction during treatme nt,no obvious side effects,effective and convenient,worth promoting. |
