Gynecology Department Of Han Treats The Peripheral Menopause Syndrome (PMS) Of Liver-Kideny Yin Deficiency Type Of Clinical Research

Objective:By observing Bailingyuyintang (Yuyintang) in clinical treatment of peripheral menopause syndrome (PMS) disease of liver-kidney Yin deficiency type.While the treatment of the disease and treatment characteristic thinking in the use of gynecology department of Han clinical,has provided a reliable theoretical basis for the Chinese medicine treatment of PMS disease of liver-kidney Yin deficiency type.Methods:After the treatment by using of the self-contrast met hods,selecting 57 patients who met the inclusion criteria. Treating peroral administration of Yuyintang for 45 days,observing clinical effi cacy, Kupperman score,TCM symptom scores and serum gonadotropin [Estradiol (E2),Luteinzing hormone (LH),Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)],and using the spassl7.0 statistical analysis to show the improvement after comparing the situation before the treatment.Results:After clinical treatment,a total of 57 patients with,11 cases were cured,24 cases were markedly effective,18 cases effectively.Invalid 4 cases,total effective rate was 92.98%.Among them,hot flashes,sweating,irritability,insomnia,backache petrified improve symptoms especially, and the effective rate of 90%.FSH and LH compared with before treatment significantly decreased (P<0.05),E2 levels was increased (P<0.05).Conclusion:Not only does Yuyintang play a important role in improvement in clinical symptoms,but also in reducing serum FSH and LH levels,increasing E2 levels,its treatment is distinct. Yuyintang in clinical efficacy is sure,its characteristics of no significant side effects highlightings the Chinese medicine treatment advantage of this disease.
