The Clinical Observation Of Treating The Symptoms Of Abdominal Pain By Gynecology Department Of Long Jiang Han Shi

Objective:The study from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine to explore mechanism of endometriosis.United NEI YI soup and moxibustion therapy to treat endometriosis pelvic pain,and a series of analysis of the clinical observation were in progressing.In order to evaluate the clinical curative of the methods of the combination therapy,analyze the clinical medication features simultaneously.Methods:The study through the observation 54 patients,who was diagnosed with endometriosis pelvic pain according to the history, gynecological examination and laboratory tests in heilongjiang University of Chinese First Affiliated Hospital gynecology clinic during February 2015 to December 2015.Before and after the treatment,the patients do a series of safety tests:Blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function, electrocardiogram,After the treatment,assess the symptoms of abdominal pain,the change of pelvic mass and the change of the serum levels of CA125 and EMAb,etc.Application SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:The relationship age and curative effect of patients:no statistical significance(P> 0.05),it is point out there was no significant difference between age and the curative effect,conform to the patients of every age all have a good curative effect.Integral score of before and after the treatment as the signs and symptoms,the serum levels of CA125 and EMAb are all< 0.05,it is have statistical significant,illustrated NEI YI soup united moxibustion therapy have a obvious curative effect to improve symptoms and serum levels.After clinical treatment,A total of 54 patients with healed in 11 cases,23cases had marked effect,14 cases effective,6 no effect,the total effective rate was 88.9%.Conclusion:1.NEI YI soup united moxibustion therapy have a obvious curative effect to improve clinical symptoms and sign.2. After the treatment of used NEI YI soup,pelvic Ultrasonic examination can discover the lesions disappear or decrease.3.The study found that patients with endometriosis peripheral levels of CA125 were clearly higher than those in the normal,NEI YI soup can significantly reduce the peripheral levels of CA125.4.After the treatment of used NEI YI soup united moxibustion therapy,the levels of EMAb can reduce clearly.
