PART IFORM THE ROLE EVALUATION INDEX SYSTEM OFCLINICAL NURSING TEACHERSObjectiveTo form the role evaluation index system of clinical nursing teachers.MethodReview some literatures on role of clinical nursing teachers home and abroad,e.g.CNKI database, VIP, PubMed database and so on.Also,by the major search engines toolsaccess to clinical nursing teachers role theory and books,and a discussion among manyexperts.ResultsRefer to research framework of clinical nursing teachers role evaluation index systemabroad,Mainly draw well-established Japan’s research basic combined with the actualsituation of domestic clinical nursing teachers,form the role evaluation index system ofclinical nursing teachers which contains preparation before teaching nursing students,teaching on students, cooperation with school teachers, ready for clinical practice andstrengthen collaboration with ward nurses five-level indicators and61secondaryindicators.PART IIPRELIMINARY CONSTRUCT THE ROLE EVALUATIONINDEX SYSTEM OF CLINICAL NURSING TEACHERSObjectivePrimary construct the role evaluation index system of clinical nursing teachers.Method By Delphi method,we selected22clinical nursing and nursing education expertsinside and outside our province, conducting2round expert predicting.To determine theweight matrix of indictors in the evaluation index system, we also used the matrix dualcomparison method(Analytic Hierarchy Process Improvement).ResultsThe2round expert consultation response rate was92.3%and100%, effective ratewas91.7%and100%, telling us the experts’ enthusiasm was high, also experts’ authoritycoefficient(Cr) was0.872. The five level-indicators’ weihgt was0.286,0.238,0.119,0.262and0.095respectively.Finally we established the role evaluation index system of clinicalnursing teachers which contains preparation before teaching nursing students, teaching onstudents, cooperation with school teachers, ready for clinical practice and strengthencollaboration with ward nurses five-level indicators and61secondary indicators.ConclusionThis study has a high expert enthusiasm and the degree of authority. Using the matrixdual comparison method for each index in the index system weight, assigned a certainscientific rationality. With the construction of clinical nursing teachers’ role evaluationindex system which covers more comprehensive, providing the necessary basis for nursingmanagers and nursing educators to develop effective teachers’ management strategies.
