Objective: To establish a set of scientific,practical and feasible clinical nursing teacher training program under the guidance of clinical nursing teacher post core ability theory.The established training program would provide scientific basis for carrying out clinical nursing teacher training,and provide practical guidance for increasing the post competence of clinical nursing teacher and keeping pace with the development of clinical nursing teaching.Methods: The clinical nursing teacher training program based on post core ability was initially established by means of documentary analysis,questionnaire survey and semi-structure in-depth interview.After two-round Delphi investigation,the integrated and scientific program was accomplished through methods of theoretic analysis,group discussion and brain storm.Assigning the weights of all levels of entries was performed by precedence chart and coefficient of variation method.The reliability and representativeness of the research was tested by expert active coefficient,authoritative coefficient and Kendall's W.The software Excel and SPSS16.0 were used to conduct the statistical analyses.Results: 1.A total of 35 items of clinical nursing teacher core abilities and training methods,66 items of clinical nursing teacher training courses were attained by means of open-ended questionnaire and semi-structure in-depth interview.2.After two-round Delphi investigation,the clinical nursing teacher training program took shape,which was based on core ability,containing 4 level 1 entries,12 level 2 entries and 48 level 3 entries.And the weights of all levels of entries were assigned.3.Delphi investigation reliability analysis: the expert active coefficient was expressed by questionnaire valid response rate and the proportion of the experts giving advices.In two-round investigation,the questionnaire valid response rate and the proportion of the experts giving advices were 94.74%,100% and 72.22%,55.56%,respectively.The expert authoritative coefficient was 0.807,it can be regarded that the experts in this research were with high authority.The coordination degree of experts' opinions was expressed by variable coefficient and Kendall's W.In the first-round Delphi investigation,the variable coefficients were fluctuated between 0.0477 and 0.2220,and they were 0.0661 to 0.1746 in the second-round Delphi investigation.The overall opinion of experts tended to reach a consensus.In the second-round Delphi investigation,the Kendall's W closed to 0.5(P<0.01),which mean that the experts reached an agreement after the amendment and adjustment in the first-round investigation.Conclusions: 1.The clinical nursing teacher training program established in this research had the characteristics of scientificity,rationality,feasibility and practicability.2.According to documentary analysis,the core ability of clinical nursing teacher was obtained through surveying the students of clinical teacher,semi-structure in-depth interviewing the clinical teachers and Delphi investigating the experts of nursing education and management.On that basis,matched courses were set up and assigned the weights.The results showed that the courses met the features and requirements of clinical nursing teacher post.3.The establishment of clinical nursing teacher training program was in favor of the standardability and scientificity of clinical nursing teacher post training.It provided the scientific basis for carrying out the clinical nursing teacher post training,and practical guidance for increasing the clinical nursing teacher competence and adapting the requirement of clinical nursing education development.
