Study On The Evaluation Index Of Nursing Interrogation Ability For Nursing Undergraduate Students

This article draws on theoretical research and practical experience research results of nursinginterrogation, through Delphi method, interview method, statistical analysis method and so on,selected the nursing experts conducted questionnaire surveys, to perform "the study on theevaluation index of nursing interrogation ability for nursing undergraduate students ".Research PurposeThe purpose of the study is to explore the essential ability and its specific connotation during theprocess of nursing interrogation of undergraduate in the new medical health situation, and toprobe into the main elements of evaluation index of nursing interrogation ability for nursingundergraduate students. The study was to preliminary construct the evaluation index of nursinginterrogation ability for nursing undergraduate students with a variety of research methods whichcould provide the basis for the practicing.The research objectResearch team was established, and discussed the experts selection criteria. When select theexperts, we should pay attention to their representative、scientific and authority. Ultimately weselect nursing education, nursing management, clinical care, nursing and psychological areas of31,25,25nursing experts through three rounds of consulting.MethodsThrough literature search method, theoretical analysis method, interview method and so on, thebasics and principles of building up the evaluation indictors system of nursing interrogationability for nursing undergraduate students were first discussed. Analysize the connotation and theelement of nursing interview ability. By Delphi expert consultation method investigate theselected experts for3surveys, to consult the entry, content, index level, and weight of the indexsystem, applying Excel2003and SPSS13.0software for data processing. The indictors systemwas set up after analyzing dependability to experts’consulting suggestions.Results1. The expert group was established according to the experts choice condition. The qualitativeanalysis of experts’basic situations(Professional Association, age structure，professional title,etc.)and the quantitative analysis to expert’s authority showed that the expert group had goodauthoritativeness and representative. 2. The questionnaires of the three rounds of consultation were collected80.65%、100%、100%，and effective rate was100%,100%,100%.40%、20%and4%of experts gave suggestions andcomments in the three rounds of onsultations respectively.3. After the three rounds of consultation,100%of the experts agreed on three indicators as thefirst class. And the experts’suggestions of each indicator weight was gradually centralized(Variation coefficient of suggestions is between0-15.2%,and the significant test of the coordinatecoefficient，P<0.001.)4. After the three rounds of consultation, all experts (n=25) approved eight index as a secondaryindexes. And the experts’suggestions of each indicator weight was gradually centralized(Variation coefficient of suggestions is between0-6.07%,and the significant test of the coordinatecoefficient，P<0.001.) According to the expert opinions, can establish second-class index andweight.5.After the three rounds of consultation, all experts (n=25) approved forty-one index as athird-class indexes.And the experts’suggestions of each indicator weight was graduallycentralized (Variation coefficient of suggestions is between0-12.99%，and the significant test ofthe coordinate coefficient，P<0.001.) According to the expert opinions, can establish thethird-class index and weight.ConclusionBy the consultation of the experts, initial construction the evaluation index of nursinginterrogation ability for nursing undergraduate students.1. Using expert consultation method (Delphi) to construct on the evaluation index of nursinginterrogation ability for nursing undergraduate students, the system includes Interrogationprocess, communication ability and the final quality of3first-class indicators,8second-classindicators and41third-class indicators, each indicator contains the entry name and weights. Theresearch results of the consultation, we analysis experts enthusiasm, coordination, the authorityand expert advice concentration and so on, and can know the index system is reliable which wasmade by Delphi. It can provide the basis for evaluating nursing interrogation ability of nursingundergraduate.2. The evaluation indictors system can evaluate interrogation ability of the nursing undergraduatestudents from many aspects. In the course of the development，we consider the functionalhealth patterns assessment model and the global medical and education development tendency. Itembodies the characteristics of comprehension, object and science and so on. The contents of thenew indicators system combines professional image and professional attitudes, communicationability, professional ethics, individual psychological quality, care and dialectical thinking consciousness with interview evaluation well. Strive to make up the index system complies withthe global scope talents training target,the requirements of higher nursing education clinicalnursing work in our country.
