The rapid development of science and technology, progress in medical education, as well as a global reform of health care system, the newer and higher requirements have been put forward for nursing talents training. The establishment of operability evaluation index system is of great significance to examine the aiblity of nursing graduates.1. Purposes and Significance of Research(1) by analyzing the quality management models such as the quality evaluation index of China's higher nursing education and professional certification, in order to establish the corresponding effective teaching quality monitoring system, the paper proposes the abilities which nursing graduates should possess and sets up the research targets for nursing graduation multi-station evaluation indices, and makes a study of design ideas of the implementation of multi-station evaluation indices.(2) Depending on the investigation and analysis of a variety of representative viewpoints from domestic experts in this field, the paper makes judgment and absorption of the present results of the ability nursing students should possess and multi-station evaluation. Combined with China's current high practical reform of nursing education, to adapt to the development of international nursing education, the ability system which nursing graduates should possess is put forward and multi-station evaluation index system for nursing graduates is established.(3) Beginning with the construction of multi-station evaluation indices of nursing graduates, in order to achieve higher quality of personnel training of nursing education, through the investigation and research of the ability higher nursing education graduates should possess, to explore an effective model of talents training quality control in the application of multi-station evaluation index system for the effective promotion of higher nursing education.2. MethodsDelphi method is adopted in this study, and two questionnaire letters of nurse specialist consultation have been carried out. First predictive leading group is established, through a discussion of the leading group, to prepare the topic of studies, develop the content of the questionnaire, form expert consultation letter form, and then to conduct the first round of surveys by letters of inquiry, collect, collate statistically analyze the results of the consultation letters. Based on this, the second round of letter questionnaires is formed to distribute to experts again, for experts to analyze and judge and put forward new ideas and suggestions. Finally, get a more consistent and reliable program.3. Conclusions(1)Abilitiy system which nursing graduates should possessThe most important abilities: professional knowledge, clinical care, communication and cooperation, nursing research, nursing teaching, professional development, organizational management, clinical decision-making.Current and futher development abilities:Innovation, lifelong learning, the use of foreign language, computer application, community care,Abilities to improve and perfect:Nursing assessment, emergency care, health education;(2)Index system of nursing graduate multi-station evaluationThe most necessary evaluation indices:The operational skills evaluation of basic nursing, medical care and standardized patient evaluation, surgical care and standardized patient evaluation, medical care and case analysis, surgical care and case analysis, medical care and operational skills evaluation, surgical care and operational skills evaluation, maternity care and operational skills evaluation, pediatric care and operational skills evaluation.The very necessary evaluation indices:standardized patient examination of maternity care, standardized patient examination of pediatric care, and computer simulation evaluation of maternity care, computer simulations evaluation of pediatric care, case analysis of gynecological care, case analysis of pediatric care, computer simulation evaluation of medical care, computer simulation evaluation of surgical nursing.Necessary assessment indices: standardized patient of health assessment, case analysis of health assessment, standardized patient of basic care, simulation assessment of basic care, operational assessment of emergency care, Simulation assessmentof community care.
