Clinical Research Of Huatan Huoxue Recipe In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huatan Huoxue Recipe in the treatment ofstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of phlegm and blood stasis,preliminary study of its mechanism. Methods: The diagnosis for patients with stableangina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in60cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of30cases,treated with routine western medicine and Huatan Huoxue Recipe; the control groupof30cases, treated with conventional western medicine treatment,4weeks for acourse of treatment. After a course of treatment, observation of clinical symptoms,ECG of two groups of patients before and after treatment change, laboratoryexamination. For statistical analysis, compare two groups of curative effect. Results:Compared with the control group, the treatment group can effectively relieve anginapectoris patients, reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin; improve ECG manifestations;can obviously improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine; and in reducingthe laboratory indexes, compared with the control group decreased more obviously.Conclusion: Clinical research confirms, Huatan Huoxue Recipe in clinical treatmentof phlegm and blood stasis type of stable angina pectoris achieved certain effect, canbe effective in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, is asafe and effective prescription.
