| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Danchi Huoxue capsule in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(SAP)with phlegm and blood stasis and its effect on serum homocysteine(HCY).Methods:Collect 60 cases that match the inclusion criteria and randomly allocate 30 cases per group into two groups,namely the control group and the experimental group.Both groups of SAP patients chose standardized western medicine treatment plan,the test group was treated with Danchi Huoxue Capsule on the basis of SAP standardized western medicine treatment plan.Human serum HCY,blood routine and blood lipids were measured by the Laboratory of Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The software package SPSS27.0 was used to monitor the efficacy and serum HCY level of patients in the two groups,and establish a database for statistical analysis.Results:1.TCM syndrome effect:After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the test group and the control group was(1.33 ± 1.21,3.27 ± 1.11),which was significantly lower than that before treatment(5.40 ± 1.90,5.60 ± 1.61)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the test group was significantly improved(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the effective rate of improving TCM syndromes was 90.00%,the effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).2.The Homocysteine level:After treatment,the levels of HCY in the test group and the control group were(8.82 ± 6.08,10.61 ± 4.69)respectively,it was significantly lower than that before treatment(14.05 ± 7.21,13.00 ±5.52)(P<0.05).3.There were no abnormal changes in the vital signs of patients in the two groups before and after the test,the blood routine,liver and kidney functions and other safety indicators are basically stable,the patient did not have adverse reactions during the trial,And the patient’s blood lipid level has significantly improved compared to before treatment,and the patient’s blood lipid level has significantly improved compared to before treatment.Conclusion:The combination of Danchi Huoxue Capsules and Western medicine in the treatment of SAP with phlegm stasis syndrome has been shown to improve the efficacy of angina pectoris,traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,reduce traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,and serum homocysteine levels,compared to simply using Western medicine treatment,it has a significant relieving effect on patients clinical symptoms.In addition,Danchi Huoxue Capsule can reduce the level of homocysteine in patients with stable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis,thereby strengthening the understanding of methods such as resolving phlegm and dispersing stasis,promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis,and relieving pain through meridians in treatment.And during the trial,compared with patients treated with Western medicine alone,the combination of Danchi Huoxue Capsule and Western medicine did not increase the likelihood of adverse reactions in patients.Therefore,based on the standardized treatment plan of SAP Western medicine,the combined use of Danchi Huoxue Capsules can bring more benefits to patients with SAP phlegm stasis syndrome.Secondly,during the experiment,the therapeutic effect of Danchi Huoxue Capsule on stable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation and its effect on serum homocysteine were studied and explored,analyze the thoughts of the ancients,summarize their understanding of this disease,increase knowledge and accumulate experience,and broaden thinking on treating diseases.Through this experimental study,it provides a certain reference value for the selection of medication for the treatment of angina pectoris patients,especially for the treatment of patients with high-risk factors such as hypercysteinemia,providing reference ideas. |
