Clinical Study On Huatan Quyu Compound Prescription To Improve The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Obstruction

Purpose:Professor Zhang Yan’s self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the clinical work to treat coronary heart disease(CHD)TCM syndrome is a patient with phlegm and blood stasis.By analyzing the changes of various indicators,the role of Huayu compound in the treatment of stable angina was verified to improve the quality of life.Reveal the theoretical basis for the treatment of stable angina pectoris with Huayu compound.Materials and methods: The subjects of this study were all from the patients of Liaoning TCM expert outpatient clinic from July 2018 to January 2019.72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group(36 cases)and the control group according to the digital table method.(36 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The experimental group was treated with the addition and subtraction of Huayu compound based on the clinical symptoms of the patients on the basis of conventional western medicine.After 4 weeks,the two groups of patients in TCM syndrome scores,laboratory indicators,Europe Changes in the five-dimensional health scale(EQ-5D),blood,urine routine,liver and kidney function,and record the discomfort and adverse events during the treatment period.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was54.28%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 79.41%.It showed that the two groups had the effect of improving TCM syndromes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TCM syndrome total efficiency test group is better than control group.2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment(4 weeks),the scores of EQ-VAS and EQ-5D in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically4.significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the nitroglycerin reduction rate of the two groups was compared.The total effective rate of the control group was 57.14%,and the total effective rate of the test group was 79.41%.The results showed that the two groups had improved effects on the electrocardiogram.The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).The nitroglycerin cessation rate test group was superior to the control group.6.None of the subjects in group 5.2 showed significant discomfort and adverse cardiovascular events.After treatment,the blood routine,electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function and other indicators of the two groups were observed to be worse than beforeConclusion:1.Huayu compound combined with western medicine routine treatment,treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris syndrome,improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine,nitroglycerin arrest rate,quality of life improvement,the effect is better than simple Western medicine basic treatment2.Huayu compound combined with Western medicine routine treatment,can improve the quality of life of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris.3.During the treatment and after treatment,the two groups of patients did not have serious adverse reactions and side effects,and the treatment was safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical application.
