Resource integration and optimal allocation are not only the core functions ofbusiness management and corporate strategy adjustment means, but also to measurethe critical success factors of mergers and acquisitions. How to measure the resourceoptimal allocation of an enterprise and promote managers fully support and urge alllevel employees participation and use of effective tools and methods is critical to thesuccess of the resources integration. Lean Six Sigma management is an effective toolfor the optimal configuration of the enterprise resource; it is a business improvementmethodology which combines tools from both Lean and Six Sigma. Its core is toeliminate waste, reduce variability and achieve breakthrough improvement.From the perspective of the resource integration, first of all the thesis introducesthe background of the Company X and the necessity of manufacture testing processintegration. Secondly it describes the theoretical foundation of Lean manufacturingand Six Sigma. Thirdly, from desktops, notebooks, workstations and server, the fourproduct series details the development and current situation of the company’s currentmanufacture testing process. And Analysis of the direction and goals of theintegrated test platform, test environment and test process control system. Itintroduces Lean Six Sigma DMAICS effective implementation in the actualmanufacture testing process integration projects. Finally, suggestions andimprovement plans are given for the problems and deficiencies of integration inCompany X are also explained.
