With the boosting market competition, more and more requirements for "Small quantity with large varieties" are raised by customers. Manufacturing enterprises are foreseeing an rapidly increasing competition in the marketing, and there are quality and speed becoming indispensable factors for success. Normally, enterprises choose Six Sigma method as the tool to increase the quality, meanwhile choose lean manufacturing as a weapon to speed up. But now it has become a trend to combine six sigma with lean speed in order to improve quality and speed at the same time.Belonging to MTW group which is the biggest provider of the crane industry all of the world, MTWCG is facing complicated problems under fierce market competition, and has a certain foundation in quality management. However, facing the increasingly volatile domestic market environment and the customer's requirements, enterprise still need to pursue excellence, construct the core competitiveness to respond to market and customer demand quickly, and solve internal problem.This paper applied the theory and tools of lean six sigma, the established in internal systematically according to enterprise's actual situation and implementing lean six sigma the method and procedure, at last the promotion of the organization. According to customer and company strategic demand, the paper search solve the main problem Through the improvement of process and quality, the paper raise the improvement action and eventually made some achievements.
