Through analysis of the literature of eco-tourism on the research progress on the evaluation index system of eco-tourism and sustainable development at home and abroad, essay pointed out the lack of research. Through the comprehensive analysis of previous research results, this paper give the basic definition of landscape eco-tourism area. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method constructs the sustainable development comprehensive evaluation model of Buquan eco-tourism areas. Through investigation and access relevant information, this paper introduces natural geography, social economy, infrastructure, tourism resources, ecological environment and plant landscape of Buquan ecological tourism areas. This provides a basis for evaluation of Buquan ecological tourism sustainable development.Under the guidance of the principles of building assessment indicators, and by repeatedly seeking experts’ advice, essay proposes the sustainable development of Buquan ecological tourism evaluation indexes. By using Delphi method, we make the experts to score of relative importance of every evaluation index. Through analysis of the experts’ degree of concentration and coordination opinion, article determines the sustainable development of Buquan ecological tourism evaluation index system. Using the grey statistics method of grey system theory, establishing the albino equations, and then analyzing the statistical results of the experts evaluation, it comes to the relative importance of each index. And using the analytic hierarchy process, we can get the details of every index. With reference to relevant national standards, consulting experts’opinion and integrating relevant researches, we give the evaluation index quantification and instructions. Based on the sustainable development of Buquan ecological tourism index assessment standards, through inquiring the statistical yearbook, and field investigation or the formula to calculate, article draw the actual score of index. Finally, using the comprehensive evaluation model, calculating Buquan’s ecological tourist area sustainable development level. According to the assessment index scores and the calculation results, article proposes the countermeasures of Buquan ecological tourism areas.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Buquan ecological tourist areas is currently in the preliminary stage of sustainable development, which has good external conditions to develop eco-tourism.(2) On the internal factors of ecological tourism assessment index, management and administration of eco-tourism are the most important factors to tourism enterprises, eco-tourism resources and ecological tourism environment.(3) lack of infrastructure and tourism facilities, tourism management and professional technical talents, which restricts the sustainable development of Buquan ecological tourism area.
