Emergency Response Plan is a scheme which deals with unexpected incidents. It meansthat when emergencies happen, the rescue work can be carried out in time and in order,so that the harm of the incidents can be reduced and the loss can be minimized.However, Emergency Response Plan differs widely owing to disparate industries andenvironments. Besides, planners are required to have strong professional knowledge andget a through understanding of the national norms and standards,which further causesdifficulties in making plans for small and medium enterprises.This thesis implemented an Emergency Response Plan generation system based ontemplate technology and3D technology using database and software technologies. Thesystem designed and implemented an emergency plan generation method using.NETand C#. In the system, three-tier architecture and MVP (Model View Presenter) patternwere used to design the overall structure. And the functional modules were dividedaccording to the requirements of the Emergency Response Plan. Many technologies areused in the system, including object-oriented, template,3D simulation, Word documentgeneration, ORM (Object Relational Mapping) Lucene and so on. The system wasimplemented from three levels: data access layer, business logic and presentation layer.The testing results proved that the system could achieve the requirements of plangeneration. Besides, the template technology could guarantee the normalization andfeasibility of the plan, and the3D simulation technology proved the rationality of thegenerated plan. The system also reduced the difficulty and time needed to make plans.
