Emergency plan has important guiding significance for emergency management of production safety accidents. It is conducive to the rapid, orderly and efficient response. So, the emergency spirit of the emergency rescue is fully reflected. However, it takes a long time and great investment in human and material resource to prepare for the actual exercise of emergency plan. Generally, it is hard to achieve.In this paper, to resolve this problem, emergency plans 3D automatic exercise engine system based on the Quest3D three-dimensional has been designed and implemented. The system realizes functions of virtual scene load, the path editor of virtual training scene, the editor of virtual exercise initialization file, construction and load of the exercise object, and interpretation and execution of exercise commands. With the power of the Quest3D three-dimensional engine, object-oriented and procedure-oriented programming methodology, and Lua scripting language, the system design and implementation has been completed. Through the deployment, operation and dubugging of the complete system, the debugging results show that the availability and effectiveness of the system achieve the function requirements of the system design.
