Research Of Application Of Regional Healthcare Platform Medical Document Sharing

Since the healthcare reform plan has been issued, the government put more than investment into the medical industry, as one of the important ways of the production for the medical industry, the Medical information technology developing rapidly. Base of this, hospital information system has been able to meet the business and management for the hospital. However, because the hospital information system can not be connected between hospitals, patients’ medical data can not be shared in different hospitals, it result in patient’s duplication medical treatment and serious waste of medical resources.This paper based on the information and communication technology and medical industry standards theory, interdisciplinary research for the information platform in the area of medical applications. Firstly introduce the status of China’s medical information and the development of domestic and foreign regional health information. Then analysis the requirements of medical document sharing application; Overall system design;The medical document archiving and viewing. And then by the functional and performance testing to prove the availability and reliability of the system.Finally conclude that the medical document sharing application as one of the typical collaborative medical applications, can achieve the sharing of information between hospitals, reduce the waste of medical resources.
