Since2009, China has promulgated a new medicalreform policy, and vigorously promote the construction of medical and healthinformation, especially stressed the importance of the construction of the medicalinformation, hospital reform in China is also gaining in popularity. Currently,30percent of our hospitals have established an integrated management informationsystem which has patient-centered electronic medical records for registered charges,prescription and treatment, as well as the construction of financial personnelmanagement and pharmacy management together with other systems, but thesesystems established software companies are not the same one, the data betweendifferent systems not be able to achieve exchange and sharing of. Different hospitalswithin the same region data there is no uniform standard, at the same time, also cannot exchange data. Although now, medical information technology have brought a lotof convenience to the practitioners and patients in the hospital, but the generation ofthe "data island" phenomenon, caused the medical information and data can not befully utilized.Based on the present situation of the hospital, reference the existing healthinformation system data standards, first, this thesis analysis and research thebackground and the significance on the medical information, together with thedevelopment in our county and abroad, expounded the significance of building ahospital-based electronic medical record information platform in many ways. Then,take electronic medical records as the main line of research, the clinical framework document under the HL7standards of health information systems in the CDAstandard as a reference, design of the structure and function of the electronic medicalrecord. On the issue of data exchange and sharing of data between different medicalinstitutions or medical departments to changes to the status quo to do multipleinterfaces between different systems, through a unified platform for medicalinformation, medical data transmission with a uniform data standards, fixed formatstorage, to avoid ambiguous information between different systems, and facilitate therealization of the exchange and sharing of data.
