With the development of medical services, the sharing of medical informationtechnology has been more and more popular. Related standard-setting is also improvedconstantly. For the purpose of medical information processing and regionalinformation-sharing, the medical software industry has been growing up rapidly.The patient information of medical institutions plays the key role in medicalinformation processing, including the patient’s diagnostic information process. For thepurpose of building an advisable medical information-sharing platform, we mustexplore the establishment of the sharing institution to solving the problems in messageprocessing flow. The relevant standards formulated by the relevant medical informationorganization. On one hand, the module function of medical information sharingplatform must be perfect, on the other hand, related standard of medical institutionsmust be satisfied.Related interactions in the message processing are based on HL7and ebXMLmessage. The module functions take C++language to edit and organize in database andthe user-interfaces are organized by DELPHI. The implemented medicalinformation-sharing platform is designed for patient information registration, storage,interactive and query extraction operation.The system function modules, refer to the related processes of patient visits,diagnostic information to the patient medical treatment, storage and transfer of DICOMimages, patient data query and extraction.HL7message processing flow in the systemdesign and related messages in the HL7service dealt with the ultrasound, radiologyand other sub-stations, separately, and then transform back to the service platform. Theinspection log is built in every ebXML message submitting, in this way you can querythe current transmission in real time.Starting from the DICOM transfer protocol, the new XDS-I(Cross-EnterpriseDocument Sharing for Image), which is the relevant standards of the regionalinformation-sharing DICOM images, develop a method of DICOM image query viaSOAP protocol parameters. The UID(User Identification) of DICOM images isseparated by analyzer, and is sent to the platform for query. We can obtain the DICOMimage by generated UID.
