At present, medical business systems in the hospital are mutually isomerous. Thissituation makes the whole hospital cannot be a free flow of information fusion formedical data, and medical information sharing is impossible in the region.“Project3521” as a overall planning of health information construction during theperiod of12th five-year plan was put forward in2011. How to realize the internalbarrier-free interaction of the patients effective medical information in the hospital andfurther complete the area sharing of patients longitudinal diagnosis and treatmentinformation, has become a burning question in the process of health informationconstruction.This paper guided as the “Project3521”, sourced from12th five-year science andtechnology support project, researches and makes the message standard using forinteracting of hospital medical information, designs and realizes the informationexchange platform, proposes the regional sharing architecture of health information.The results of this paper laid a solid foundation for the full realization of “Project3521”,accumulate practical experiences for deepening the reform of health system andimproving the pattern of patient. There shows the main contents as follows:1. This paper mainly introduces standards and specifications used in the process ofimplementation, especially the related content of HL7standard. Based on the standard,making message specification and interaction processes makes multi-service systemsand multi-medical institutions comply with a consistent standard, and lay the realfoundation for medical information interaction and sharing.2. This paper gives a brief explanation on computer technology which may be usedin the implementation process of medical information interaction and share. Withtechnology as the guide, combining with the existing medical environment and thebusiness process, formulate practicable interactive and sharing architecture.3. Designing and realizing the information exchange platform. This papersummarizes and categorizes medical information required to interact within the hospital,analyses the necessity of the hospital information exchange platform as a information interaction ligament and describe the integral framework of the platform. Taking thespecific business case of “starting a ultrasound testing and backing the report” forexample, this paper also describes the process from model selection and formulate ofthe message to realizing the whole exchange flow based on the platform.4. Designing and realizing the regional sharing architecture system.
