| At present, most of hospitals have basically established a fairly perfect digital information system. The patients’medical information in the format of digital is stored in the system of the hospital they went. In order to make the best use of the medical information resources and make doctors obtain the medical history records of patients that they want anywhere and anytime. It’s necessary to realize the information sharing among different systems in different hospital. The regional PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) is based on local network area, establishing the standard data center, providing data service for all the hospitals and community health services in the local area, finally realizing all kinds of data include image security information sharing system of local area. And the document system is a kind of system which realizes the document information exchanging and sharing among medical facilities in a region.The system is based on IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) XDS (Cross-Enterprise Document Sharing) framework, and adopts the registry technology in ebXML (Electronic Business using eXtensible Markup Language)techhnology specification, and Web Service is used to implement the exchange interface between medical data, setting up the data exchange center of local PACS, and finally realizing the exchange of document information of the patients’medical records in different medical facilities. The document system consists of three modules; they are business agent, data stream management and data store management.The system carried out in Minhang District of the city of shanghai.It mainly included the process of the documents are submitted and the process of the users access to the documents. The result showed that the system was a effective scheme, which was used to solve the information of the interregional documents sharing and exchange. It had the features of safe, reliable, scalable and manageability and so on. |
