Conclusion:patients with different gender, age and duration of patients with vulgaris psoriasis has high DLQI score value, and no obvious difference between each other, indicated that every tiny tip was needed to focus on clinical psoriasis patient’s quality of life; DLQ] score values was consistent with psoriatic lesion severity, and can be used as an evaluation index of clinical effect, but there existed negative cases, such as PASI score was low but DLQI value was very high in some cases, theî›'inical applying DLQI with PASI is a reasonable resolution to assess the severity of disease, and to improve the quality of life depend on the improvement of the physical symptoms, psychological comfort and social support can be used as adjuvant therapy but cannot replace medical treatment; As an independent influencing factor of psoriasis patients DLQI score value, paying more attention to the alleviation of itching in the treatment can largely improve the patients quality of life.
