| Background:Psoriasis,the same name as "baibi" in traditional Chinese medicine.It' s a kind of normal chronic skin disease which has the pathological changes which includes Keratinocyte hyperplasia inflammatory cell infiltration neovascularization.It existences in the world widely, Europe and the United States have a higher rate of incidence,there are over 3,000,000 people suffer the disease in China,and there are over 100,000 people increased.Because of the unknown reason,difficult to treat,high relapse rate,for a long time,how to treat Psoriasis is a big problem in the world. Because of the difficult to treat,high relapse rate,the side effect of the medicine,it have the bad influence of the patient' s life.Herb medicine have the advantage of low side effect,low cost,it can improve the quality of life in patientsObjective:To observe the yin xie bing yi hao fang haveing the effect of blood heat syndrome quality of life in patients with psoriasis;to explore traditional Chinese medicine as a new index for evaluation of feasibility for Dermatology life quality index.Methods:1.The use of randomized controlled method to cases of sub-standard Yinxie randomly assigned to treatment group on the 1st side and Tripterygium wilfordii tablet control group.2.30 cases of treatment group,given on the 1st Yinxie internal medicine(prescription:soil Fuling,Banlangen,Folium, snake tongue grass,lobelia,honeycomb,Chuanxiong,Alisma,Plantago,iochia scoparia,fresh white skin,habitat,paeonol,rhubarb,licorice) treatment and Zilongjin topical cream.Yin xie bing 1 hao fang are produced in our pharmacy room which are made by the Korean decocting machine bag sealing boiling mixture 2 mixed bag,100ml / bag,2 bags per day,a total of 200ml, in two oral;Zilongjin appropriate topical ointment,twice a day.Observe the experiment for four weeks time.3.30 cases of the control group,given TwP film(Hunan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.third-party production,batch number: Z43020138) each 2:20mg,three times a day,taking half an hour after a meal; Zilongjin topical cream apply twice per day.4.Outcome measures:The two groups were observed before and after treatment in dermatology life quality index(DLQI) and treatment of changes in security.Result:1.Pre-treatment DLQI and DLQI scores of the items were not statistically significant compared scores on comparable groups.2.The DLQI score has decreased after the treatment and it significantly compared before and after treatment by t test,the differences were statistically signify (P＜0.01).Comparison of the two groups after treatment by t test,the difference is also the meaning of(P＜0.05).It shows that the treatment group and control group were significantly improved quality of life of psoriasis patients,the treatment group than the control group.3.The difference of DLQI score were significant by t test between the two groups(P＜0.01).It shows that the treatment group on the DLQI score has changed better than the control group in patients with psoriasis.Conclusion:Yinxie 1 hao fang and Tripterygium wilfordii tablets can improve the quality of life of patients with psoriasis.It improves the quality of life greater than tablets TWP Group This safe and effective treatment for Disease Quality of Life Index(DLQI) efficacy of Chinese medicine can be used as a new index for evaluation.
