Compound Flumetasone Ointment For 42 Cases Of Chronic Hand Eczema: Clinical Observation

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Flumetasone Ointment in treating Chronic Hand Eczema and the effect of improving patients'quality of life.Methods: 84 cases of patients were accurate diagnosed of Chronic Hand Eczema. None of the patientsAre allergic to therapeutic drug;Used external using glucocorticoid in one week;Used glucocorticoid within one month;Have body clinical manifestations of infection or erosive lesions orserious exudates;Have lesions infected by Bacteria or Fungi;Have Serious visceral disease or infected by Virus;Are pregnant or in Breast-feeding period;Untraceable.The 84 patients were divided into 2 groups: Group A and group B. Group A are treated with Compound Flumetasone Ointment, twice a day/morning and night; Group B is treated with Compound Econazole Nitrate Cream, twice a day/morning and night. The two groups are evaluated at the first visit and the 14th day after the treatment, the evaluation includes HECSI and DLQI, and then we start analyzing the result.Results: Comparing the hand eczema severity index between first visit and evaluation after the treatment of 14 days. We categorize the treatment efficiency as complete treated, obvious improvement, slight improvement and no improvement. Compared curative effect of the two group by using x2 analysis methodology, group A's treatment result is significantly higher than group B, P<0.05, the difference was remarkable. Compare DLQI score of between first visit and further visit in patients of A group using t analysis DLQI score after treatment induced compared that of before treatment. P<0.001 the difference was remarkable. Compared DLQI score of first visit and further visit in patients of B group using t analysis the DLQI score after treatment also induced compared that of before treatment., P<0.001 the difference was remarkable, the djig of DLQI score of group A was higher significantly than that of group B using t analysis, P<0.001,the difference was remarkable.Group A and group B are neither having obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: The curative effect of Compound Flumetasone Ointment group is significantly higher than Compound Econazole Nitrate Cream group. Both Compound Flumetasone Ointment and Compound Econazole Nitrate Cream can improve the patients'quality of life. But Flumetasone Ointment's treatment result is better than Compound Econazole Nitrate Cream.
