Purpose:In this paper, self-questionnaire aimed at understanding the basiccharacteristics of patients with psoriasis pathogenesis and clinicalfeatures,Application of psoriasis disability Index questionnaire (PDI) toassess the impact of psoriasis on quality of life of patients.Focuses onanalyzing the various relevant factors affecting the quality of survival, andthe interaction between different affecting factors.As a precipitating factorfor early intervention in patients with psoriasis, improve their quality of life,improve the comprehensive curative effect of treatment.Material and method:1.During March2013to December2013, collected in our hospital dermatologyoutpatient and hospitalization and shenyang seventh hospital dermatologyhospital clinical standard of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, a total of204cases. Using self-questionnaire investigate the general situation and theclinical data, and apply psoriasis disability index(PDI) evaluation on qualityof life.2.Applies questionnaire survey results into the computer, application of Exceland SPSS15.0software sorts through the data and statistical analysis, datadistribution, the difference of mean and correlation.Results:1.Men and women in204cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, the ratio of0.7:1, the average age was (38.72and13.21), at the beginning of the averageage was (32.78and4.32), the early age of21to40years of age as most, womenat the beginning of the average age of around2years earlier than men.2.spring and winter are the most easily recurrence or aggravating seasons ofpsoriasis vulgaris, followed by autumn, summer the most light condition. 3.In84male patients, smokers are than nonsmokers, on average,16.89monthslonger duration. drinkers are longer than nondrinkers an average duration of36.15months.Both smoking and drinkers are longer than those who don’t smokenor drink an average duration of140.8months.4.Of the204patients,82.35%of patients feel different levels of work stress,64.71%of the patients feel lose confidence,51.96%of patients with depression,49.51%of the patients was recovered,48.04%of the patients feel lose interestin life.5.Women, on average, PDI value is higher than male patients,Patients of age21-30years on average the highest PDI value,unmarried average PDI value higher thanmarried people.Conclusion:1.Psoriasis vulgaris is with significant genetic predisposition, and geneticfactors have a great influence on patients with onset age.2.Smoking, drinking alcohol can lengthen the onset of the disease course of thedisease, so patients with psoriasis vulgaris should give up smoking and drinking3.The disease for the psychological situation of patient caused a lot of adverseeffects, and the patient’s daily activities, work and learning, interpersonalrelationship, amateur leisure and treatment and so on five aspects have differentdegrees of influence. The comprehensive quality of life in patients is low. Soin the process of clinical treatment and nursing, multi-dimensionalcomprehensive treatment should be adopted, and intervene in the physical, social,psychological and so on various influencing factors, so as to effectively improvethe effect of the treatment of psoriasis, so as to really improve the patientsquality of life.
