Purpose:Primary dysmenorrhea (Primary dysmenorrheal) refers to the premenstrual or menstrual concentrated in lower abdominal cramps, often accompanied by other symptoms include dizziness, headache, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, lumbago, back pain and other. Primary dysmenorrhea is a clinical common gynecological diseases, severe dysmenorrhea not only affect their learning and working, but also seriously affect the quality of life and. This experiment by using mild moxibustion (polar, Sanyinjiao double, double, Ciliao acupoints) intervention in the treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea Rats, effects of different therapeutic factors in rat body-turning response, laboratory rats before and after treatment in uterine tissue of endothelin (ET-1), nitric oxide (NO) and Ca2+content change, study mild moxibustion therapeutic effect and mechanism of analgesia, and the evaluation of its efficacy, clinical moxibustion for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and provide experimental basis.Materials and methods:Female pregnant of40SD rats, weighing200+50g by experimental animal center, Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Randomized into blank group, model group, mild moxibustion group, positive control group. In addition to the blank group, the other three groups of subcutaneous injection of diethylstilbestrol injection molding. The very next day began to experiment of mild moxibustion therapy group treatment, selection of pole, double, double point Sanyinjiao Ciliao, mild moxibustion therapy even day1times, to tenth days; in experiment eighth days to start to positive drug group using aspirin enteric-coated tablets in aqueous solution by gavage for3consecutive days. Observation on Primary Dysmenorrhea Rats behavior changes and uterine tissue endothelin (ET-1) and (NO), Ca2+content change.Results:1. in comparison with blank group, model group rats reaction is slow, mental state variation, basal metabolism is slow, its behavior indexes of frequency of twisting body response increased significantly (P <0.01). after a mild moxibustion and aspirin after treatment in two groups of rats in model group, a good mental state, frequency of twisting body response compared with the model group had a significantly lower (P<0.01).2. In comparison with blank group, model group rats uterine tissue ET-1content increased, the content of NO was significantly reduced (P<0.01). After a mild moxibustion and Western medicine after treatment in two groups of rats and the rats in model group were compared, uterine tissue ET-1content decreased obviously, the content of NO increased significantly (P<0.01). Mild moxibustion group and positive drug group, two groups of rat uterus tissue ET-1and NO contents was not significant difference (P>0.05).3. In comparison with blank group, model group in uterine tissue of rats with Ca2+content was significantly increased (P<0.01), after a mild moxibustion and Western medicine after treatment in two groups of rats uterine tissue Ca2+content compared with the model group had a significantly lower (P<0.01). Mild moxibustion group and positive drug group, two groups of rats uterine tissue Ca2+content difference was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. through the writhing test indicates that this experiment successfully mould.2. Mild moxibustion in double, double, Sanyinjiao Ciliao acupoint therapy can effectively improve the Primary Dysmenorrhea Rats writhing reaction, namely on primary dysmenorrhea have better therapeutic effect.3. Mild moxibustion in double, double, Sanyinjiao Ciliao acupoints for treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea Rats of the possible mechanism of action in:(1) Lower Primary Dysmenorrhea Rats uterine tissue ET-1content, NO content increase in uterine tissue of rats.(2) Lower Primary Dysmenorrhea Rats uterine tissue Ca2+content.
