Effect Of Mild Moxibustion On Patiens’s Uterus Mircocirculation With Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective:The study chooice Primary dysmenorrhea(Primary dysmenorrhea,PD)as the carrier of disease.Choose PD Patients and healthy volunteers as the research object.Use Three-dimensional Color DoPPler to check the uterus.At the same time,choosing the uterus microcirculation as the starting Point,observe the Patients’ uterus microcirculation state with PD,who use mild moxibustion theraPy.And Provide exPerimental evidence for mechanism of treating PD with mild moxibustion.Methods:Choosing the 30 PD Patients and 15 healthy volunteers as the research object,divide the 30 PD Patients into 2 grou Ps,treatment grou P and waiting for the treatment grouP.And the 15 healthy volunteers were divided into the third grou P,health grouP.Treatment grouP give mild moxibustion treatment 5-7d before interventional,once a day,20 minutes each time and three menstrual cycles.The time of giving Three dimensional color DoPPler ultrasound examination:(1)treatment grou P were checked at the 1th day of before and after 1 menstrual cycle and 3 menstrual cycles;(2)waiting for the treatment grouP and healthy grouP were checked at the 1th day in starting into grou P 1 menstrual cycle and 3 menstrual cycles.Observe the uterine artery systolic blood flow velocity(VS),uterine artery diastolic flow velocity(VD),mean velocity(VM),blood flow ratio(S/D),Pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI).(1)Contrast similarities and differences of uterus microcirculation state between PD Patients and healthy volunteers before joining grouP,waiting for the treatment grouP before and after the ex Periment,treatment grouP before treatment and waiting list before and after.(2)ComPare the change of PD Patients before and after mild moxibustion treatment,treatment grouP was treated with waiting grouP after one cycle in uterus microcirculation state.Contrast similarities and differences of uterus microcirculation state between PD Patients after mild moxibustion treatment and healthy grouP after 3 menstrual cycles,PD Patients after mild moxibustion treatment and waiting for the treatment grou P after 3 menstrual cycles.Result:1.ComPared with the healthy VS,S/D,PI,RI increased significantly(P < 0.05),and VD,VM decreased significantly in grouP,the treatment grouP before treatment(P < 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in VS,VD,VM,S/D,PI and RI before and after 3 menstrual cycles in the waiting treatment grouP(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in VS,VD,VM,S/D,PI and RI between the first grou Ps and the waiting time of the treatment grou P(P > 0.05)before and after treatment.3.Before and after treatment in the treatment grou P:(1)ComPared with before treatment,the VS,S/D,PI,RI decreased significantly(P << 0.05),and VD and VM increased significantly(P < 0.05)after treatment.(2)ComPared with after treatment,the VS,S/D,PI and RI were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and VD and VM were significantly increased(P < 0.05)after treatment for three courses.(3)ComPared with before treatment,VS,S/D,PI and RI decreased significantly(P < < 0.05),and VD and VM increased significantly(P < 0.05).after treatment for three courses.4.ComPared with the healthy grouP after 2 menstrual cycle,VS,S/D,PI,RI decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and VD and VM no significant increase(P < 0.05),no statistical significance in the treatment grou P after treatment5.ComPared with the treatment grouP after treatment,the treatment grou P had no significant change in VS,S/D,PI,RI,VD and VM after one course of treatment(P > 0.05);ComPared with wait for the treatment grouP after waiting for 2 menstrual cycle,VS,S/D,PI,RI decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and VD and,VM significantly increased(P < 0.05)in the treatment grou P after treatment for 3 courses6.Scales: The SAS and SDS score of treatment grou P was statistically significant before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The SAS and SDS score of waiting for the treatment grouP was not statistically significant(P > 0.05)before and after 2 menstrual cycle.CMSS scores showed statistically significant before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was statistical significance before and after treatment VAS score(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Patients with PD comPared with healthy volunteers,showed a high degree of resistance to low flow state in the first day of the menstrual cycle.PD has no self-healing trend.2.Mild moxibustion can imProve the uterine microcirculation in PD Patients,not only in the velocity of blood flow and the resistance of blood flow,but also in the time effect.3.Mild moxibustion theraPy can im Prove the uterine microcirculation in Patients with PD,which may be related to blood flow increasing of the uterus during the menstrual Period,uterine artery systolic blood flow rate,blood flow resistance,increased flow resistance increasing,the average diastolic blood flow slowed down,slow.Gentle moxibustion can imProve the temPerature effect caused by uterine muscle layer of ischemia and hyPoxia,the sPasm of Pain.4.Mild moxibustion can relieve anxiety,dePression,and associated sym Ptoms in Patients with PD.
