Objective This study was performed to investigate the clinical feature、pathogenesis and other extrapulmonary performance of the patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) but the first performance were inappropriate secretion of antidiureti c hormone syndrome (SIADH).Methods Data was obtained from cases of patients diagnosed with small cell lung cancer(SCLC) but with inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone syndrome (SIADH) as the first performance from2009to2011.We retrospectively investigated the clinical characterize of these patients.Results Three patients’ Pathologic examinations all show small cell lung cancer, after chemotherapy、limit water and symptomatic treatment, their clinical symptom are better.Conclusions Part of the small cell lung cancer were short of Typical performance of the respiratory system such as cough、Phle-gm、hemoptysis and chest pain,but with SIADH and other extrapulmonary performance as the first performance, the extrapulmonary performance always happen before respirat-ory symptoms,at the same time they are nonspecific、complexe and easily be misdiagnosed or bot be found.
