Objective:The purpose of the study is to evaluate the overall effect of the relevant specialist nurses training materials after self-directed learning in Hunan province, and analyze the influence factors of different learning effect, discusse the effective training methods of specialist nurse.Methods:Using convenience sampling to survey9000specialist nurses in Hunan Province through general information scale, and the seven exam papers of the relevant special nursing department provide by Hunan Provincical Quality Control Center For Specialized Medical Care. Data was analyzed by SPSS13.0. Statistics analysis includes:description, t-test between2samples, AVOVA, Kruskal-Wallis H test, Spearman interco-relations and multiple linear regression analysis. Test standard is α=0.05, all P values are Sig.2-sided.Results:1. The score of the the relevant specialist nurses training materials after self-directed learning in Hunan province is80.67±10.247,89%passing grade.2. The t-test between2samples shows that:The effect of the the relevant specialist nurses training materials after self-directed learning in Hunan province from different hospital level has no obvious difference (t=1.865, P>0.05).3. AN OVA shows that:The first academic degree, the highest academic degree, age groups, work seniority groups(P were less than0.05) with the effect of the the relevant specialist nurses training materials after self-directed learning in Hunan province are all have statistic meanings.4. Spearman interco-relations analysis shows that:age(r=0.136), work seniority(r=0.134) and highest academic degree(r=0.100)has positive correlation with the effect.5. Kruskal-Wallis H test shows that:the self-study exam scores in Hunan province is statistically significant differences among all the cities, including the highest score in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, the lowest score in Zhuzhou city; the self-study exam scores in Hunan province is statistically significant differences among all the special departments, including the highest score in operating department, the lowest score in interventional therapy department. 6. Regression analysis shows that:the expecting factors of the effect of the relevant specialist nurses training materials after self-directed learning in Hunan province from high to low are the highest academic degree is undergraduate nursing education(6’=0.189), the highest academic degree is master nursing education(b’=0.142), work seniority(b’=0.096), age(6’=0.075), the highest academic degree is college nursing education(6’=0.033), the first academic degree is college nursing education(b’=-0.031), the first academic degree is undergraduate nursing education(b’=-0.047). The general variation is12.1%.Conclusions:1. The overall effect of the relevant specialist nurses training materials after self-directed learning in Hunan province is wonderful, the method is useful, we can use it to train specialist nurses.2. The self-directed learning’s effect of the nurses whose the highest academic degree is college nursing education, undergraduate degress, the master degree is better than the nurses whose the highest academic degree is technical secondary school. The work seniority longer, the age older, the effect is better.
