objective Designed the learning needs questionnaire about oncologynurse become to Clinical Nurse Specialist by myself. To know the learningdemands on specialist knowledge and skills, research knowledge and socialscientific knowledge.Methods1. Delphi Method was adopted to questionnaire design inthis part, totally13experts in nursing, the three rounds of inquiry.2. Selected Chongqing Cancer Hospital Nurse who participate inSpecialist nurses trained to conduct Pre-experiment and collected theExperimental data.used SPSS17.0packets for data processing and analysisto measure reliability and validity of the questionnaire.3. Used the questionnaire survey the total173nurses by Censusway,which selected from the oncology department in12three levels ofFirst-class hospital.Results1.Used of a positive coefficient of experts, expert authoritydegree (Cr), the expert coordination coefficient, content validity of fourindicators for statistical analysis of the questionnaire. Four measurementresults show that the questionnaire design is reasonable. 2. Using the test retest reliability, internal consistency reliability,construct validity, content validity and four indexes were statisticallyanalyzed survey questionnaire. Rustles showed good reliability and validityof the questionnaire.3. To understand the learning needs of a cancer nurse specialist, therehave Statistical significance in the needs of five knowledge learningdemand among respondents, including primary title (nurses, nursepractitioner) and intermediate title. Primary title are inclined to deal withsensitive problem of patients and manage nursing psychology, andintermediate title is tend to learn thesis writing, nursing management,knowledge of health care policy (P<0.05). All respondents have supremeknowledge demanding of new knowledge, health education, interpersonaland communication.Conclusions The questionnaire has good reliability and validity byDelphi Method, which has certain guiding significance for future training.Compared with outline,The questionnaire increase the scientific researchand social science knowledge and supplement outline. Apply to the tumorspecialist nurse training before the evaluation, curriculum design referencefor continue to educators. Suitable for assessing Nursing administratorstraining before providing a reference for continuing education curriculum.Thus, Nursing administrators should be targeted to meet learning needs of oncology nurses to become cancer specialist nurses, after assessment theirlearning needs, according to the evaluation results, nurses’ professionaltitles, learning needs, making education plans and implement effective.Adopt a variety of training methods to meet nurses’ different demands foreducation.
