Objective:To discuss the expression and significance of TCR V β gene expression of non-small cell lung cancer patients in middle-aged male.Methods:1ã€Separating peripheral blood T cells of both healthy people and patients.2ã€Recording all the family of TCR Vβ expression patterns using flow cytometry3ã€Statisticing and analyzing the characteristics of all the family of TCR Vβ expression patterns.Results:1ã€The expression of peripheral blood TCR Vβ genes are high partly in middle-aged male with non-small cell lung cancer then normal control group’s.And CD8+TCR Vβ3ã€4and9expression have statistical significantce(P<0.05).2ã€The expression of CD8+TCRV β3and V β4have relevance (r=0.541, p=0.008).Conclusion1ã€The expression of peripheral blood TCR Vβ genes in normal middle-aged male can be no obvious specificity.2ã€The expression of peripheral blood CD8+TCR Vβ genes in middle-aged male with non-small cell lung cancer have obvious specificity. We speculate that there are some contact between the expression of peripheral blood CD8+TCR Vβ genes and tumor table.3ã€In peripheral blood, the expression of CD8+TCR Vβ genes in middle-aged male with non-small cell lung cancer showed significantly more specific then CD4+TCR V β’s.4ã€The expression of CD8+TCR V β3and V β4have homonymous relationship, showing the coupling phenomenon within the two genes. |
