Objective:Through the investigation of Changchun high quality nursing service key contacthospital nurse humanistic quality of the present situation, understand the high quality nursingservice background nurse humanity quality level, discussion and analysis of humanisticquality of the factors affect the nurse, put forward humanism quality level of enhance nursecorresponding countermeasures, at the same time for nursing colleges humanistic qualityeducation strategy formulated to provide constructive Suggestions.Methods:The study adopts the principle of convenience sampling selected four Changchun highquality nursing service key contact the nurse in the hospital400cases, by self-designedquestionnaire survey. Questionnaire includes a survey of the object general material, thehumanistic quality related issues under the background of high quality nursing service andnurse humanity quality evaluation questionnaire. The software of Epidata3.1was used forenter data, after that a database was established by excel, and the statistical package of socialscience (SPSS13.0) was used for following analysis. The general information and status wasdescribed by descriptives such as frequency、ratio、percentage、mean and standard deviation，t-test and analysis of variance for measurement data，and influence factors were determinedby multiple regression analysis.Results:1. The humanistic quality of the Changchun nurses surveyed a total score (118.41±21.77)points, the percentage of conversion of a score of74.01points, at the middle level. Thedimension scores were professional moral quality (22.57±4.83) points、cultural quality(28.65±6.16) points、(14.42±3.38) points、 aesthetic quality (22.35±5.63)points、psychological quality（30.36±6.14）points.2. The influencing factors of nurse humanistic quality are: age, the family location,professional title, employment way, degree, the working years, income, participate in thehumanistic quality training or not. There was significant difference among participants’humanistic quality of the total scores and dimensions in terms of age, employment way and the working years(P<0.05); The humanistic quality score of aged26～30years and agedmore than30years is higher than aged19～25years, The preparation nurse humanisticquality score is higher than the contract nurse, The humanistic quality score of nurses with>5years of work experience is higher than with others(≤2years and3to5years). There wassignificant difference among participants’ humanistic quality of the total scores, culturalquality, aesthetic quality and psychological quality in terms of family location(P<0.05); Thehumanistic quality score of the family location for the city is higher than rural. There wassignificant difference among participants’ humanistic quality of the total scores, culturalquality and psychological quality in terms of profession title(P<0.05); The charge nurse andabove humanistic quality score is higher than nurse practitioners and nurses. There wassignificant difference among participants’ humanistic quality of the total scores, professionalmoral quality and cultural quality in terms of the first degree(P<0.05); First degree forfull-time undergraduate humanistic quality score is higher than full-time college, technicalschool and the following. There was significant difference among participants’ humanisticquality of the total scores, professional moral quality, cultural quality, aesthetic quality andpsychological quality in terms of highest degree(P<0.05); Highest degree for bachelor degreeand above humanistic quality score higher than technical secondary school and below,college degree. There was significant difference among participants’ humanistic quality ofthe total scores, professional moral quality, cultural quality and legal quality in terms ofincome, participating in humanity quality training or not(P<0.05); The humanistic qualityscore of nurses with income1500～2500yuan and>2500yuan is higher than1500yuan,The humanistic quality score of nurses with participated in training is higher than did not.3. After a further analysis of multiple regression analysis, professional title, employmentway, first degree and the working years mainly influence nurse humanistic quality.Conclusion:1. The level of nurse humanistic quality in the context of high quality nursing service isthe mid to upper, the dimension scores from high in the end are: professional moral quality,psychological quality and legal quality, cultural quality, aesthetic quality.2. The influencing factors of nurse humanistic quality are: age, the family location,professional title, employment way, degree, the working years, income, participate in thehumanistic quality training or not. Among them, professional title, employment way, firstdegree and the working years are the most important influencing factors.3. According to the nurse humanistic quality status and influencing factors, strengthen hospital and school humane quality education in effort to enhance the level of nursinghumanistic quality.
