Purpose:To investigate the blood lipid levels of some people who hadphysical examination in Liaoyuan People's Hospital, and further analyze the related risk factors affecting blood lipid level,it provides the basis for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease and the formulation of lipid regulation treatment.Method:This study retrospectively analyzed the medical examination data of 4126 community members in the People's Hospital of Liaoyuan from January 2019 to December 2019.Based on the analysis of basic information and blood lipid levels(TC,TG,LDL,HDL),the history of coronary heart disease, smoking history, drinking history, exercise, and dietary habits were also collected.Grouped according to gender and age, standardized mean calculations of blood lipid in dexes of each group were performed, and intra-group comparison and inter-group comparison were performed.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression models were used to analyze and explore the relationship between lipid levels and risk factors.Results:1.Blood lipid status of the physical examination group:1.1.In the high age group, the tested results of male's TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,BMI were respectively(4.83±1.64)mmol/L,(1.42±0.46)mmol/L,(1.33±0.14)mmol/L,(2.92±0.23)mmol/L,(24.23±2.2)kg/m2,that of the female were respectively(4.89±1.58)mmol/L,(1.58±0.35)mmol/L,(1.58±0.12)mmol/L,(3.19±0.07)mmol/L,(23.98±2.00)kg/m2.Which indicated that the blood fat indexex of female were all higher than that of male, male's BMI results were higher than female, and indexes except BMI were all of statistical significance(P<0.001).1.2.In the low age group, the tested results of male's TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,BMI were respectively(4.77±0.98)mmol/L,(1.67±0.19)mmol/L,(1.25±0.14)mmol/L,(2.84±0.19)mmol/L,(23.35±4.26)kg/m~2,that of the female were respectively(4.54±1.20)mmol/L,(1.19±0.51)mmol/L,(1.59±0.29)mmol/L,(2.81±0.19)mmol/L,(21.98±3.70)kg/m~2,Which indicated that the results of male's TG,TC,LDL-C,BMI were all higher than that of female, female's HDL-C results was higher than male, and indexes except BMI were all of statistical significance(P<0.001).1.3.In the high age group,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were higher than that of the low age group with statistical significance(P<0.001).In comparison of the same sex,TG and HDL-C of men in the old age group and the young age group were statistically different(P<0.001),suggesting that TG and HDL-C of men in the old age group were lower than those in the young age group, and that of men in the old age group were higher than those in the young age group. In addition to HDL-C,the remaining indicators were statistically significant in women(P<0.001),suggesting that TC,TG and LDL-C in the elderly group were higher than those in the young group.2.Analysis of blood lipid and related influencing factors in physical examination population2.1.Single factor analysis of influential factors on dyslipidemia:no matter the ortholiposis or dyslipidemia, both of them are related to gender, age,BMI,smoking, alcohol drinking, diet habit and exercise(P<0.01).2.2.Multiple-factor analysis of influential factors on dyslipidemia:dyslipidemia is related to age, smoking, alcohol drinking,BMI,diet habit and frequent exercise.Conclusion:1.The lipid levels of older women and younger men were higher than those of other groups of the same age, increased risk of coronary heart disease.2.Sex,age,BMI,smoking,alcohol consumption, exercise were correlated with dyslipidemia.
